Pasay City – With a vision of exploring the latest advancements in public digital governance, the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch III (RCMB III) participated in the two-day GOVX.O Philippines Summit, held at Conrad Manila Hotel, Pasay City on March 18 to 19, 2025. Representing the Branch were Regional Director Othello Tongio, Jr., Designated Labor Information Officer Michelle Pineda, and Information Technology Focal Persons Allen Ray David and Patrick John Laxamana. National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) Research and Information Division (RID) OIC-Chief Ianne Go also joined the delegation, further strengthening the agency’s presence at the conference.

Department secretaries, undersecretaries, directors, and heads of information security and cybersecurity led several topic sessions to connect and collaborate on the future of digital governance.
