RCMB XII Officer Jack Ronan Bravante conducted a conciliation conference together with the two beverage workers and the management representatives held on October 30, 2024.

General Santos City – Two former employees of a wholesale beverage company have successfully received more than ₱500 thousand in separation and final salary payments, marking a significant resolution to their claims. The payments were finalized on October 30, 2024 and facilitated through the National Conciliation and Mediation Board’s (NCMB) Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) program.

The claims, which included unpaid salaries, 13th-month pay, unused sick leave, commissions, and savings from the Employees Investment Savings Plan (EISP), were filed by the employees to recover compensation owed to them by their previous employer.

On September 24, 2024 the request for assistance (RFA) was filed at the NCMB’s Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch XII (RCMB XII). Upon receipt of the request, SEADO Bravante promptly scheduled a conciliation-mediation conference to address and resolve the issues.
