Cebu City, Cebu – The Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch VII (RCMB-VII) proudly announces the promotion of Ms. Jenelyn Cordero to the position of Administrative Assistant III effective October 9, 2024. Cordero’s exemplary performance, dedication, and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in supporting the Board’s operations.
Prior to joining the RCMB-VII, Cordero previously worked as a Government Intern in the Government Internship Program of the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. VII (DOLE RO-VII). Right after, she joined the RCMB-VII as an Administrative Aide VI and handled the Budget and Single Entry Approach (SEnA) database of the Branch. Her promotion reflects her continued pursuit of professional growth and her invaluable contribution to the organization.
In addition, the Branch warmly welcomed Ms. Angeli Salgados as its Technical Services Unit’s Supervising Labor and Employment Officer on November 6, 2024. Previously a Senior Labor and Employment Officer of DOLE RO-VII, her expertise encompasses Labor Laws and Standards, Conflict Resolution and SEnA program implementation. She also served as a Labor Inspection Auditor for six (6) years at DOLE Bohol Field Office. Salgados brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to advancing labor relations, supporting the Branch in fulfilling its vision and mission.
