Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch -National Capital Region Director Teresita E. Audea reported the settlement of the SENA/RFA filed by an Information Technology employee of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Gilberto Donato filed the complaint on November 03, 2016 against Digital Services Cambridges Ltd., Rohq seeking payment of separation pay due to redundancy.

The case was assigned to Con-Med Ma Delia D. Yu who scheduled the initial conference on 10 November 2016. It was validated that Donato occupies a redundant position.

On 14 December, 2016, Donato receives his last salary and 13th month pay in the amount of P152,258.37. He also receives his separation pay in the amount of P2,697,368.39 on 24 December 2016.

Donato appreciated the valuable assistance by the Branch in resolving his complaint. He also thanked his employer for paying him the said amount before Christmas.
