Legazpi City – The Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch No. V welcomed a new team member on January 20, 2025, as Mr. Patrick Villaraza officially stepped into his role as Admin Aide VI. He took his oath before RCMB-V Director Reynaldo Foncardas, and was joined by RCMB-V staff at the Regional Branch in Legazpi City. His appointment marks a new chapter for the team, reinforcing their commitment to excellence.

A Fine Arts graduate, Mr. Villaraza brings a fresh perspective to the role, combining creativity with experience in government service. Before his appointment, he honed his clerical and customer service skills at the Office of the City Councilor and the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office V (DOLE RO V) as a TUPAD program coordinator, making him a valuable addition to the Branch.

Mr. Villaraza’s strong communication skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and positive attitude toward work will be instrumental in enhancing the office’s administrative functions and implementation.

During the ceremony, Dir. Foncardas warmly welcomed Mr. Villaraza to the Branch, stating, “We are happy and excited to have Mr. Villaraza join our team. His skills, experience, and enthusiasm will undoubtedly help us deliver exceptional services to the public.”
