MADONNA AND CHILD HOSPITAL EMBRACES DOLE CONVERGENCE OF PROGRAMS

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The National Conciliation and Mediation Board through the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch X, in cooperation with the Labor Management Council (LMC) Convergence Team comprised of the Department of Labor Employment (DOLE), Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB), and Employees Compensation Commission (ECC) conducted the LMC Convergence Seminar to the employees of Madonna and Child Hospital (MCH) on May 10, 2018 at the MCH Conference Room, Carmen.

“The MCH formally structured its workplace cooperation with three sub-committees after the orientation,” RCMB X Director II Atty. Ligaya R. Lumbay said.

The Madonna and Child LMC is composed of three sub-committees namely, Productivity and Service Quality Committee, Employees Welfare Committee, and Grievance Committee.

“This is the right time for workers’ to feel empowered and deliver better services to our patients,” Administrative Manager Victoria Tan said.

MCH is a medical institution located at J.V. Seriña Street, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.  MCH offers healthcare services and other advance medical operations with a total employment of 251 workers.
